One of my favorite things to make & eat in the fall. I even bought an extra pumpkin just for the seeds. It was not carved for Halloween, it's decorating my front porch.... just waiting. Shhh, don't tell what is in store.

The hubs & I enjoyed pumpkin soup on the porch as the kids were trick or treating. The turnout was not great from the rain we had. Oh well, there is always next year.
Dear Gigi, Can you believe that I have never roasted pumpkin seeds with all of the pumpkins that have come and gone in this house!! I must try it. I like pumpkin seeds too! I will give it a try. Only 5 little ones came trick or treating. It was a nice day too. I guess the holiday just is not like years ago. Blessings, Catherine xo

I'm shocked that you have been toasting them for years. You can go sweet or savory. I prefer savory & let me know what you think.
