I came across this
recipe Thursday and decided that I needed to try it. I love the nutty flavor of quinoa and was curious as to how it would taste.

I ended up adding a few dashes of cinnamon and it was really good. It is super easy to make and a nice change from oatmeal. Now to see if it keeps me full longer than my usual breakfast. I'm so glad it's the weekend and I plan on enjoying the day. Shrimp & grits are on the menu for tonight. Must be a grain kind of a day. Hope y'all have a great one.
