Lemon olive oil cake

I had several eggs and a few lemons that needed to be used.   I remembered seeing a recipe in Self that looked good, so I grabbed my laptop and googled  lemon olive oil cake.  This cake takes time to make, but is so worth it.  I would up the lemon juice to 2 T and reduce the bake time (30 mins).  The hubs liked it, but suggested lemon glaze to punch up the lemon factor.  I must admit that he is right.  I will whip some  up before I have my next piece.
