It was easy as going to esty and looking up homemade mozzarella and then bam! I'm making cheese and a few other things... The mozzarella turned out better than I hoped and the hubs was a huge fan. It was also a basil weekend between making the Caprese, pesto and the granita. All in all, my belly was very happy.
